Fundamental processes for the mechanical removal of substrate residues resulting from processes such as molding Tumbling, Deburring, Degreasing

Tumbling, deburring and degreasing are fundamental processes for the mechanical removal of substrate residues resulting from processes such as moulding. These treatments can be combined with other processes such as phosphate coating of iron items or passivation of stainless steel.

Tumbling, deburring and degreasing are carried out by barrel rolling, mainly on small items or odds and ends subject to micro-impacts.

In detail, degreasing is the process of removing traces of grease or organic surface materials and can be performed in simple (chemical) or special way (double chemical + electrolytic degreasing).

Our tumbling, degreasing and deburring system is equipped by a manual plant with water-based baths and barrel. This type of processing is applicable on small pieces and on any type of substrate.

Thanks to our experience and expertise in the sector, we are able to guarantee high-quality results and effective removal of substrate residues. Contact us!
